MINITAB® for Black Belts

Black belts are the project managers, team leads and technical gurus of their engagements. They also are the go-to person for all statistical analyses. For this reason, black belts need to know a statistical package well enough to perform the data analyses that are the hallmark of a six sigma project. The course Minitab for Black Belts blends a case-based series of statistical analyses with the specific instructions to use Minitab for automating the computations.

Black Belts learn how to use MINITAB and review the process of identifying and confirming root causes. Duration: 3 days (approx 20 hours). Cost: $1,500 per participant at your premises. Software and laptops required.
